The widower of Jo Cox has paid tribute to the victims of the attack in Nice, France, as her family and members of the public paid their final respects.

Brendan Cox tweeted to say that if his wife were alive today, she would be asking people "not to fight hate with hate, but draw together to drain the swamp that extremism breeds in".

A private funeral is being held for immediate family only in Cox's constituency this morning, followed by a function for invited guests.
However, her family agreed for the cortege to follow a route around her West Yorkshire constituency of Batley and Spen and to slow down at two locations for members of the public to pay their respects.
Cox died after being attacked outside her constituency advice surgery in Birstall on 16 June. Her death led to a global outpouring of shock and grief.
A man has been charged with her murder and is due to stand trial in the autumn.
Labour deputy leader Tom Watson was among the MPs paying tribute today to the mother of two, who was elected in 2015.

Posters with the message #LoveLikeJo and an ink drawing of the 41-year-old appeared in Batley ahead of the funeral.
A family statement said: "We have been overwhelmed and touched by the love and support people have shown us since Jo's death. We are deeply grateful to all who have reached out to us.
"Knowing that so many people share both our grief and our determination to take forward Jo's legacy is a source of great strength at what otherwise feels like a very bleak time.
"Now, particularly for the children, we have decided that Jo's funeral will be a very small and private family affair. Anybody from the local community who would like to pay their respects is welcome to gather along the areas outlined as we make this last journey. Following this we would ask everyone to respect our privacy to enable us to grieve and rebuild as a family."
A GoFundMe page raising funds to support causes closest to Cox's heart, chosen by her family, has raised almost £1.5 million.
